All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial expectations or if project scope changes. We will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract or invoice. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Project Timeline

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, ground settling, or modifications made by others.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining necessary permits where required, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must also protect the newly installed concrete during the curing period as per our instructions. Failure to follow curing and maintenance guidelines may void warranty coverage.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred. We will work with you to find reasonable solutions when circumstances require changes to your project schedule.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work.
10. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to working with our clients to find fair solutions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
